Making a reservation with VARS Car Rental is quick and easy. Whether you're planning ahead or need a vehicle at the last minute, we offer flexible booking options to suit your needs. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about making, managing, and modifying your reservations.
What is a Reservation?
A reservation is a booking you make to secure a rental vehicle for specific dates and times. When you make a reservation, you're reserving a vehicle for your chosen rental period. The reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person at our office.
How to Make a Reservation
You can make a reservation in several ways:
- Online Booking: Visit our website and use the booking form on the homepage. Select your pickup and drop-off locations, dates, and vehicle preferences. Complete the booking process through our secure checkout system.
- Phone Booking: Call us at +387 62 346 011 during business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00). Our staff will help you find the perfect vehicle and complete your reservation.
- In-Person: Visit our main office at Zmaja od Bosne 7, Sarajevo. Our staff will assist you with your reservation and answer any questions.
- Email: Send us an email at info@vars.ba with your rental requirements, and we'll get back to you with availability and pricing.
What You Need to Make a Reservation
To make a reservation, you'll need to provide:
- Your full name (as it appears on your driver's license)
- Email address (for confirmation and communication)
- Phone number (for contact and updates)
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Pickup and return dates and times
- Vehicle preference (optional, we can suggest based on your needs)
Reservation Confirmation
After making a reservation, you'll receive:
- Email Confirmation: A confirmation email with your reservation details, booking reference number, and important information
- Booking Reference: A unique reference number to track and manage your reservation
- Reservation Details: Complete information about your rental including dates, locations, vehicle, and pricing
Important: Please check your email (including spam folder) for the confirmation. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, contact us immediately.
