- Fuel Type: All our vehicles clearly indicate the required fuel type (petrol, diesel, or hybrid). Using the wrong fuel can cause serious damage and you'll be responsible for repairs.
- Transmission: We offer both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Specify your preference when booking.
- Features: Each vehicle comes with standard features. Additional features like GPS, child seats, or roof racks can be added during booking.
- Mileage: Most rentals include unlimited mileage within Bosnia and Herzegovina. Check your rental agreement for specific terms.
- Age and Condition: We maintain a modern fleet with well-maintained vehicles. All vehicles undergo regular inspections and maintenance.
Insurance and Coverage Questions
Understanding your coverage:
- Basic Insurance: Included in all rentals, covers third-party liability as required by law
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Reduces your financial responsibility in case of damage (excess/deductible applies)
- Full Coverage: Comprehensive insurance with zero or reduced excess for maximum protection
- What's Covered: Review your insurance policy carefully. Damage from accidents, theft, vandalism, and natural disasters may be covered depending on your policy
- What's Not Covered: Typically excludes damage from reckless driving, driving under influence, off-road use, or unauthorized drivers
